For doubt parts, please contact the correspondent sales representatives by below procedure.
- Sending us failure reports by e-mail or fax then we can contact relevant supplier for first reaction.
- Fill in the RMA form and email or fax to us.
THINKWELL guarantee to provide strategic solution procedure to your problems within 24 hours after receiving the RMA form and failure report.
All doubt parts will send to original manufactory or the third-party authority for testing and detailed analysis in order to find out the routes of quality problems, and thus provide more valuable responses to quality risks.
If the parts are confirmed of defects, THINKWELL commit a full recall of parts and undertake all the shipping charges.
